Told on phone $95 + parts. Billed by tech for $150. Coupon in Incentives IGNORED and would not accept. Owner (Mike Gilpin) refused to accept coupon. Bottom line: $150 to clean a drain line and a quote for $2800 for a new coil. I will NEVER use them again
