Initially brought my vehicle in for flat repair and had to go back 3 times that week because it was not repaired and continued leaking. Now for most people this would have set them off alone but I wasn't upset until now. I'm at dealership planning to have tire rotation and oil change done on my vehicle and I'm looking for my tire key and it is missing . It was never returned by allied, but dealership has master key to take them off thankfully. Then they inform me that I'm missing one of my lug nuts with the lock on my tires. I call allied and let them know that I'm missing all these things expecting they would have put it in my file at least since they did not call me and sayv" hey we have your stuff "like they should have and the guy tells me that if I would of called them a few days after they may have had it but the length of time it's been they wouldn't. When u bring your vehicle to a tire place to have work done u don't expect to have to go and check to make sure they put the tires on properly since this is the only purpose of there job but boy was I wrong. So I said so I guess I just have to see how much a tire key and lugnut cost and replace it and he said yes. Not apologetic or sympathetic even just like belittling way like I'm stupid for not checking they installed it correctly . I will never be back to this place and will tell everyone I know about this to be warned for your safety and your family safety . If I would have had a flat I would have not been able to change my tire thank god I didn't. Or if they didn't tighten all lugnuts which I don't doubt now they could be responsible for, could of caused a wreck. Be warned if u do want to use them to check everything is properly assembled correctly and returned to u.
