Americas Best Value Inn Hammond

We were stuck on the road in the winter storm, Benji . The power went out for several hours, which they had no control over. We ended up stuck there for 2 days. We asked for blankets and they said they had none. They sent their house cleaning staff home when the power went out, so no one serviced our room. When we paid for the second day we asked for clean towels and toilet paper. (There was 4 of us in our room.) They handed us one roll of toilet paper and 3 towels. I asked for another towel and they said they were only allowed to have 3 towels per room. The lady was very nasty when she said this. However, she did finally give me a fourth towel. I would NOT recommend anyone booking this hotel.
