Amy African Hair Braiding

Ok so i called this lady for an appointmemt 5 days before my actual appointment!! On my appt day i arive to the location after searching for a parking spot in this very bad neighborhood, i finally found one after 10 minutes!! I walk down 2 blocks pull on the door and its locked, mind you my appointment was for 9:30 at this point its now 9:33, so i call her to find out where she is, she told me she was on her way, im like wait but our appt was for 9:30 are you almost here because i drove all the way from the westbank to get here, this heffa told me her daughter had a docters appointment she is on her way, and im like why you didnt call to cancel or let me know thats very unprofessional. She said im comimg, and im like are you almost here? She is still on the westbank and exoects me to wait, i woild have but when i asked her if she was going to give a discount for the inconvenience she said no you can go to someone else!! Ok boo done my money green it spends everywhere!! Dont waste your time, because she actually dont value her customers if she treats them this way!! Some advice ms amy let your clients know if you are not going to be at an appoinment you set up, never again!! You get no sars but i had ro check one to leave the review!!
