Randall was an excellent representative for your company. He was punctual, respectful and very polite! He offered advice and explanations that were easily understood and spoke directly to the homeowner who is visually impaired! That is definitely something noteworthy since most people would opt to speak with whoever else was present instead of the disabled person, that speaks volumes towards Randall’s character. He’s welcomed on the property again and actually preferred.
