After having a little mistake made in processing my order, when it was time for delivery the managers of both the store and warehouse bent over backwards to help deliver and set up my sofa. They went as far as delivering it to me in their own personal vehicle at a time that was convenient for me. It was very clear to me that I was not just a person making a transaction but a customer with value.
