I have dropped off my BMW to get the water pump changed. After 3 weeks, they haven't even touched the car yet. They might be good mechanics but very bad business skills. Do not take your car there.

Been going to Bimmerwerks for a few years now and I've never really had any complaints. They've always fixed my cars for a fraction of the price the local dealer would charge. Doesn't matter if you need regular maintenance or your looking to completely modify your car logan and the guys WILL take care of you. They get the job done right and they get it right the first time. They're a family business so you may need to practice a little patience but the slightly longer wait is totally worth it because you will never find a shop that will give you the quality work Bimmerwerks gives for a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere. Unless someone completely insane happens I will always bring my Bmw's to Bimmerwerks.
