I opened a checking/savings account at this branch earlier this year, my banker was great and also gave me pointers on rebuilding my credit. She suggested their secured card, so I applied and paid my deposit used it here and there always paid on time and in full. Credit has gone up I've had credit line increases, I've since gotten an unsecured card and was even able to eventually get an auto loan for a new vehicle. My Family thanks you!
On the other hand I had a problem earlier this week with an unauthorized charge which pushed my checking account into the negative, I had went to my bank, this location and I've never had the displeasure of coming into contact with anyone as rude and obnoxious as the arrogant man who started out to be polite inviting and helpful until he heard the word problem which slowly started working me ack to the door refusing to look at the account that I had on my phone or the papers I had and interrupted me every other word saying there's just nothing that I can do. So I call capital one explain to them they listen opened a dispute and it took a lot less time than dealing with this POS and that DOES NOT stand for (point of sale) tall blonde goofy looking guy.
