Service & food are both hit & miss, better this visit. Quesadillas were better than last time (finally the cooks used spices). Small queso is ridiculous tiny for $4...big ripoff for a shot glass sized cup. (Not nearly as good as LC loc). Iced water tasted terrible and it's a new building & pipes!
