If you're just thinking about looking at one of their rental properties there's a $30 application fee for someone to show the property to you. This is a fee that you DO NOT get back if you don't like the property so be very sure it's where you want to be. Ashlyan said it's because they show so many properties and it's a waste of their time to show properties and people don't like them. Well, isn't that what realtors do? Judging by the way she laughed even she thought it was funny if not totally ridiculous.
