So far, management has been a joy to deal with. I moved in last week, to a gorgeous, spacious, clean first floor apartment. The items that needed to be fixed were fixed the first business day after I gave them notice. They accept multiple dogs, and have been friendly! I've only dealt with them for about a month now, but so far, so good. The other tenants are all friendly. Depending on what time you come in, parking can be challenging, but for a little extra $ each month I could get a reserved spot, covered parking, or a garage.
