I would definitely not recommend Charlotte to anyone. I am a bridesmaid for a wedding that is taking place in March. Our original dress arrived back in January and when they did, they were not the correct color because Charlotte but the order in wrong. When she tried to replace the orders (remind you, its January and the wedding is in March) with the correct color, the dress was no longer being made. So now, not only do we have dresses in the wrong color, the bride now has to scramble to find a different dress. If she wanted a different dress I am sure it would have been chosen the first time. Charlotte didn't offer any compensation, we don't even know if the replacement dress was lesser than the original dress. No information was given. Aside from that, I live in Florida so my dress had to be shipped to me. Charlotte wanted me to pay her an additional fee just to ship my dress which I do not feel was warranted. That should have been included in the original cost. So the replacement dress arrived back and it was now time for my dress to be shipped. I received my dress a whole 2 weeks later after they arrived. I called Charlotte multiple times and left messages and she never returned my call but she would tell the bride that she would call me as soon as she finished doing whatever it was she was doing (I am still waiting on that call). Long story short, she is unprofessional. Stay away, you are better off using a more legit, well known company.
