I have ate at Chianti's more than I can count through out the years, 10 plus ,and I have never had a bad experience ,ever, the owner is a very good man his word is gold, if he tells you something you can go to the bank with it,even though their hours are till 2 on the weekdays he kept his whole restaurant open , server,bartender,cooks,until 3:40 just to make sure we were taken care of,and the food and service is second to none, you are waited on hand and foot , if anything you have to ask them to give you privacy, thetc servers are always watching,I even ask for things that are not on the menu and they make it happen, the only way you can have a bad experience at Chianti's is if you are going in already in a bad mood or something on your mind.it is by far one of the Best restaurants in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
