Yesterday morning, my mother in law and I had to wait 30 minutes after they were supposed to open for someone to show up. They lost 2 customers in between the time that both waited 10 minutes before they left. It was very irresponsible and unprofessional, especially because it seemed as if she were out shopping instead of doing her job.
We were hoping to show up at opening time and be in and out of there within minutes, because we had a cleaning job to do. Obviously we were an hour late.
If there was another business that carried the product I needed, I definitely wouldn't have given them my business.
