The Crazy Lobster Bar & Grill

This is probably my favorite restaurant in all of New Orleans. The laid-back, inviting atmosphere, the drinks, the food, the riverside views, the wait staff, the live music...it's everything you want in a dining experience. I STRONGLY urge you to try their Red Beans and Rice; best I've had in New Orleans, hands-down. Check out The Crazy Lobster at dusk... you won't regret it.

I had the BEST shrimp and grits that I have ever eaten and almost passed this restaurant by. It was slow service to get our order taken and drinks ordered, but once it was in - it came fast! We tried the calamari and had to ask for condiments as it didn’t come with it (sauce and lemons) but they were tasty and not rubbery.. when our entrees came- they knocked our socks off! The shrimp and grits were perfectly seasoned and was an enormous portion! Glad we came and would recommend it to others coming to NOLA.
