Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alexandria

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Drove up here from BR for a convention and I booked the reservation 3 WEEKS in advance. I get to the front desk the night of my reservation and they tell me there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE.... how does that even happen. Anyways, I got moved to a different hotel that wasn’t as new even though the room was bigger. Still upset at the fact that I booked so far in advance and even called a few hours before check in to make sure it was all set. Will not be staying at another one of these hotels again...
