I contacted Harris Domingue via fax regarding a problem I was having with a used car that I purchased from Giles. He contacted me via email and told me to bring the car in to be checked. I did that this week and the problem was fixed. I just wanted to say that from the moment I walked in to the service dept I was greeted and welcomed by Ms. Carrie. She graciously took care of checking me in and informed me that the shuttle driver was out dropping off someone else, but she would check on his status. Then Mr. Billy, the shuttle driver arrived and was the perfect gentleman. He opened the door for me to enter the car, made sure it wasn't to cold in there for me. Mr. Nick Brown, was my sales person and to my surprise, 5 months after purchasing my car, he even texted me to wish me a Happy Birthday. My overall experience with Giles has been excellent from beginning to end and even after the sales. Good job everyone and keep up the good work!!!!
