I went shopping for plants but couldn't find anyone to assist me with my questions. So, consequently, I was there 3 hours & still didn't find what I wanted. I had to ask customers who had many plants on their cart for advice. It was very frustrating & disappointing. Fortunately they made suggestions & I was able to find other plants & planters. Not a positive experience with their employees.
