My husband and I stopped on our way home thinking it would be nice and enjoyable. We we're wrong! The hostess seated us quickly an got our drinks. But never got her name and she was not wearing a name tag. When our waitress came by she never gave us her name and not smile like she was not happy at all. We placed our order and after 15 minutes my husband noticed our food sitting in the window. After 5 more minutes our waitress brought us our food. Luckily I am a waitress and used to eating cold food due to my job. But my husband was upset and couldn't eat all his eggs. When we needed refills on our drinks we placed our glasses where our waitress could see them and never got one. Mind you we still don't know her name. No name tag. When we gave up on and about to leave she was seating her table and we finally heard her name. At that point we was done left bill money with tip on table and left. Working as a server myself I know there are good and bad shifts but as a server you make your own money.
The food was very good, cooked to our request. The service could be better with place settings at table instead of us asking for straw, napkins, then utensils. She didn't notice I was stirring my coffee with drinking straw. The table only had 3 sugar packets. My husband didn't care for the lip piercing, no matter to me, just give good service and try better at having amenities at table before patron has to ask for the obvious.
