So I'm not sure why they stay angry. I'm lucky because I usually get there with like less than 2 cars in line or people in dining area. Yet they stay mad at something. Well since they stay mad, I'm not one to go back when they mess up my order. Like I ordered the $5 buck meal with a leg & thigh...Well they're out of legs and offered a thigh instead. Why was my total $5.83? Yup, they charged me extra for the second thigh. Guess being "angry" is how to proactively deal with customer complaints.
Always the worst customer service possible-orders are never right and they always argue about it even when presented with the receipt.
Horrible service. I'm new to the Westbank so I have only been to the KFC on General DeGaull three times and it keeps getting worse. I have to stand at the counter for anywhere from one minute to up to approximately five minutes just to get acknowledged by the cashier. Even if she is standing at the register and I say hello to her. My wait time after I place my order is above average but I can't complain because I've actually seen someone wait 13 minutes for grilled (but it really was close to 20 minutes) and then 13 more minutes until he asked for a refund
