Adrianne in Radiology was so rude to my wife on yesterday in reference to our daughter’s ultrasound, if I could leave zero stars I would. It is inexcusable for any parent to be spoken to in the manner in which Adrianne spoke to her. As a supervisor over that department, I find it even more appalling that she does not possess the ability to provide efficient and effective services to the public. Subordinates have a tendency to mirror their supervisors and if that is the case here, their entire department undoubtedly will suffer. What a horrible display of leadership the radiology department has in her.
