Got there at 10am, pulled number 47. Sat down as the ticker was on number 9, waited 15 minutes and they finally called number 10. Handed my ticket to the newest poor soul to walk in, and I left. How can somewhere take that long? Only 2 people actually working from what I could tell. They should have a sign in system online and a web cam that shows you what number is up. I could have then signed in from my office, waited 2 hours until they got to number 40 and then left to go there. Must have been 40 people there each wasting hours of their day. This place needs to get it together. Go to the Perkins Rd express DMW if you can, their systems are much more advanced and they work much faster.
