I had a horrible experience at Lowe's I bought a shower kit and it was damaged I brought it back they gave me my money there was only one left the one I brought back the Cardinals and a too-small sides or crack the large peace the only one they had left the two small pieces in the corners were perfect the large piece at a 2-inch crack in it so what I needed to do was trade out the Lord's peace that was the only good piece in the damaged one trade it out with the one I was trying to buy five people I talk to that work there said it would be okay but I had to speak to one other person that person said he didn't want to hear it he peace was not going to let me do it even though I drove 3 hours to get it he would not let me swap it out so I drove 3 hours there in 3 hours back for no reason I'll never shop at Lowe's again and I suggest nobody else do the same because they will not do nothing to Home Depot will bend over backwards to help you that's what I'll shop for now on
I am a loyal Lowes customer..always do my business there but today I ripped my gold status card and will not go back. Story is ive been working on a house close by Marrero la store and been getting lots of supplies. My gold preferred Lowes card magnetic strip hasn't been working on the swipe console for about 2 years and the cashier would have to punch in the numbers by hand and boy they hate actually working for their money cause any numbscull can swipe items and pay to check out yourself isle but I can't use them due to the card malfunction.. I've replaced this card once before for the same reason so I didn't when they said they can just key it in manually.. until today....even with my ID and every question thrown at me to prove it's me they said no.. told them ive been using it like that for years and even most recently and manager said employees were breaking policy doing that for me. So had to use a regular credit card to pay for items and I didn't want to hold up folks behind me.. once in parking lot I saw this pop up on phone so you know you can't vent at 1-800 Lowes to talk to real person and I don't have face book or anything so here's my chance to give everyone else a heads up on how they treated a loyal customer.. Home depot here I come with the money....
