Update: Rating changed from 1 to 3 stars, after negative reviews and complaints, MGMT and I have resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Notified them of my intent to cancel over 30 days from now indicated my wife might want to continue but I was out. Sat down in an office, filled out paper work, was told of new rate just for her. Today I am told I was never cancelled and we have to pay for both of us this entire period and another 30 days. AVOID THEM!!!!
