Apr 2018 Update - Went there on a Saturday after the recent remodel. With no customers in line, I started to place my order with the employee behind the counter only to be told she would not take my order. She directed me to the new kiosk to enter my order it myself. While certainly a nice option, what sense does this make when no customers are in line? Is McDonalds pushing customers to now reduce interactions with actual humans or is this just laziness on the staff? Welcome to the future? No thank you.
