The lobby lady was excellent. She was very pleasant while showing me how to use the new ordering system. She even made sure I got it right. I ordered Hotcakes and Sausage with a drink for my son and me. The hotcakes were cold, the syrup was cold and the mortal sin for me was cold butter!
