Schedule an appointment? This is not US 2018 clinic, this is worst of the third world places. Personnel over the phone is on drugs or have deep personal issues. They do not want to answer questions, they do not want to help you, their voices sound like you're bothering them at 3AM. If there's still any supervisors, just listen to their conversations.
