Extremely friendly service. Pricing is excellent. They let me choose a ring to replace the stone with another type of stone. Wow! We have always gone there and no wonder why. They go out of their way to make you happy.

Very very rude lady that answers the phone! I called to ask about a model number of a watch and the lady that answered was very rude. Not good customer service!
