Ole London Towne Apartments

I have been lucky enough to call Ole London Towne Apartments my home for 5 years now. The office staff is always courteous and inviting! The maintenance staff has always been helpful in fixing any issues in a timely manner. I give Ole London Towne 5 stars and I recommend them always!

after filing an application in may to hold an apartment and paying a deposit I was Told the apartment will be ready in mid-august, there was no communication from the complex only to request tax information I called left several voicemails with no return. So on Monday August 3,2015 I went to the leasing office to see when my apartment would be ready I was told that my application was denied because I don't make enough money which is 2600 a month to live there. Im like wow why wasn't I contacted at this point the property manager told me a complete LIE that she tried to contact e several times which is not true im new to Louisana and only know the people I work with AND HAVE EVERY PHONE CALL EVER RECEIEVED IN BATON ROUGE. At this point she asked if I would provide checkstubs which I did the next day but was told nothing after trying to explain to her how car sales people are paid she was still confused. Today I called the leasing office and told that I would have to submit another application and pay the fee I was like are You insane? Also I was told that rent was now 895.00 not 875.00 that I agree to which is not true because a co worker who is a whitemale was told the rent was 850.. to 875.00 depeding on the location which I was originally quoted. a housing discrimination complaint is on the way I cant Believe in 2015 there are people still exsisting in this world.
