I absolutely love OTF. I like that it is so clearly data driven and I can see exactly how my effort is playing out during the workout. There's a competitive element, but more with myself and with how I'm earning splat points. It's different every day and I am motivated by the trainers. I have seen a physical change and I feel great after the workouts.

Every time I go to a class, I tell myself, "I am going to take it easy and aim for the minimum 12 splat points." But the coaches and the energy in the room from the other members challenge me to give it my ALL every time. So envigorating!
