I've been here for about 2 years and I would say it was a pretty good experience. Park Regency is affordable compared to other complexes. From my perception, the apartment complex is safe and quiet.
However, the parking lot has a lot of pot holes so be careful.
As far as the leasing office, the mangers treat you like a contract. They go strictly by the rules. I was 7 days late putting in my notice to move out and they charged me for 7 days including weekends which at the time I was not occupying the apartment. I had already moved out . Therefore, I give the leasing office a 3/5 rating.
