Do NOT go to this dealership! The salesman I had was great but they convinced me to buy to only blue car within over a 500 mile radius and there was paint damage (chips a few scratches and some bad swirling) that Taylor said he would take care of with no problems. I didn’t have my car a week then took it in to have the repairs done. Their way of fixing it was to slap some poorly applied touch up paint on it and call it a day (which took over a week to do) so when I went to pick it up I refused to accept it. Taylor said they’d paint the drivers side of the care and buff the scratches and swirling out. They had it and additional two and a half weeks and all they did was paint the drivers side over what was already painted and to heat up paint to try and hide scratches which is a cheap way out and only did more damage to the paint by causing burn marks. They did no buffing and you can see the indentations from the previous paint chips. No buffing had been done either. They had my car almost a month and my first payment was due and it hadn’t even been fixed correctly or as promised when I purchased it!!!! I had to take it to a paint and body collision center and pay 300.00 (which is a car payment) to have it buffed properly and fixed. Not to mention the inside of my car was nasty as well. My salesman ended up leaving and going to Toyota about two weeks after I purchased my car because of how they treat people. They are nothing but empty promises here at Ray Brandt Mazda.
