Unprofessional conduct. My business had an equipment contract with this organization. Three weeks past the expiration of warranty, an employee decides to demand a full refund without explanation or proof of any issues, then goes online to slander my business, accusing me of fraud and deception. I provided proof that the merchandise was delivered as described, but the employee kept making false accusations. I've offered to help resolve the issue, but instead I was blackmailed and told to pay in advance in order to have these malicious attacks stop. It's not worth the trouble doing business with them. Seeking legal action.
