These guys done a terrible job on my roof, which resulted in me incurring much damage from the August 5th rain storm. They reused old damage flashing and on an entire section no flashing was installed. The flashing that was suppose to be installed below the deck that was rebuilt was left under my house. Additionally, new shingles were naild over damaged wood and to this day there is a small section were no flashing was installed. They subcontracted the job to someone and was never present throughout the entire job. They finally contacted me two months later after i reported it to the BBB. Mr. Schwander still does not want to except responsibilty for poor workmenship and damages. My experience with Schwander and Hutchinson has been a nightmare.
