Terrible communication. Wanted them to simply install some front coilovers and new UCA's on my 4runner. They answered one email and never heard back from them again. If you do not want to do the job, then tell me. You don't just ignore a potential customer. Have the decency to at least say I would rather not do this install. Someone told me they did work on FJ Cruisers so I figured a 4runner would be no problem. My dad and myself who have little experience doing work like this were easily able to do the install, the problem was just finding the time to do it between work and kids. They lost out on a potential customer and I will be sure to not refer anyone their way. I guess they just want to stick to Jeeps. Expand the work you do because there are plenty of people out there with Toyota vehicles looking to have work done.
