Shenandoah Eye Clinic

I've been going to these guys along with my whole family for over ten years. I've never had a bad experience there. I just made another appointment with them today. I will continue going to them and highly recommend them.

I have been going to this clinic since I was 8 years old... so for 18 years!! I have been pleased for the most part, however, they were rude and told me I did not have an appointment today. I specifically made an appointment for today which I took off work for and I confirmed the date and day. I believe in supporting small businesses and even though I have moved across town and work in Plaquemine I wanted to stay with Dr. Aderhold since he was so great. Now, without him I will not be back, because of the service and due to the fact no one made me aware that he was retiring. I am very disappointed since I have been a client for so long. They were rude to see that I was upset because of the situation and were not sympathetic or seemed to care for THEIR MISTAKE. I will not be returning.
