I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this business, which is ironic because I wasn't even provided with an opportunity to test their services. I recently bought a GroupOn for laser hair removal sessions. After purchasing, I called the facility to schedule my first appointment. No answer - I left a voicemail with my information and asked for a call back. A couple days later and I hadn't heard back,so I called again. I'm sent to voicemail - no answer - leave a message. This goes on for almost TWO WEEKS. Sometimes the call would go straight to voicemail, other times it would ring and eventually the answering machine would pick up. I called an excess of 10 times. Only one time did an actual human picked up who indicated their "computers were down" and that she would "take my information and call back when they were up." In true fashion, she never called back. I reported them to GroupOn due to my frustration and GroupOn "made contact with the merchant" and gave them 4 days to reach out. Still nothing. Thankfully I was able to get my full refund. A complete lack of professional behavior and disrespect to prospective clients.
