Awful. Did not complete all of the steps on cleaning our leather sectional (which I didn't realize until after the fact when I rechecked their website.) Expensive at $340 for 1/2 the job. The guys were polite but they spent more time watching the t.v. than they did doing the work. Will never use this company again. Feel "taken to the cleaners" (no pun intended).
