Bethny has extreme rude attitude and needs guidance for better customer service. Perhaps if she is not happy with her job she should look for different job. This is my first time I had bad experience at Starbucks anda first time rated Starbucks 1 star. Shame!!! I have a broken arm and cast. I politely asked if she could put few raw sugars in my coffee and she basically looked at me told me I could put my own sugar at stationery. I would if I was able to.
