Supreme Toyota of Hammond

I bought a Camry from them years ago and got suckered into purchasing their maintenance plan. After four years of service, I can honestly say I will never do business with this dealer again. First off, the buying experience was very off putting. The salesman was saying whatever he could to make the sale go through. I needed a car so I went ahead and bought one from them. I also bought the maintenance plan which was really a big mistake. I had a flat tire one time and had to pay for the replacement tire out of pocket. It wouldn't have been a problem except that it took FOREVER for me to be reimbursed. Another time, after I got my car back from routine maintenance, I smelled something like mildew coming out the a/c. I had my father in law check (he use to be a mechanic) and he said the air filters were beyond the point of needing replacement. Other times, I have gotten my car back with low fluids. The only good thing worth mentioning is Ray in service who took care of the many issues I've had to go through, but that's it. NEVER AGAIN.
