Thrifty Car Rental

I rented a car from this location and then got into a horrible car accident with another driver who was drunk. We are lucky to be alive. I phoned thrifty and said they were sending a tow truck so we waited 4 hours into the night in a very remote area, then Thrifty said they couldn't find one and we'd have to wait overnight in an unlocked/ undrivable/ broken car in an extremely dangerous area. The police told us it was not safe to stay there and they then left us too (2 young girls). Thrifty left us for dead. We used our own money to find a toe truck and got toed back to New Orleans airport at 3am and thrifty then told me to leave the car across the street with the keys in the glove compartment. Every day since they have been charging me for still having the car (even though I flew straight back to California ). I have phoned thrifty every day for a week since this happened and been on hold and messed around for hours and the car has still not been picked up and they are still holding me financially responsible.
