I initially contacted Tommy's Home Care to fix sinking and rotting patio columns. He was doing such a great job, I asked him to also change the columns on my front porch. I am accustomed to doing all my own home repairs, including changing columns, but didn't have the expertise to address the issue of the sinking patio columns and Tommy's Home Care far exceeded my expectations in addressing that issue. He discussed why it was happening and suggested solutions to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again. Because I have a sense of how much materials costs to do the work of my project, I didn’t feel he overcharged me. I was comfortable with the project from beginning to end and I am still getting compliments on his work. I had so many questions and he answered all of them and addressed all my concerns. He even contacted me weeks later to see if I had any questions and if there were any changes as a result of the repairs.
