I've rented textbooks from here quite a few times. Usually their prices are a little cheaper compared to the university bookstore for the books that can't be rented. The price to rent textbooks is ridiculous, unless you can find it online and it is a book not specific to the university. For the past few semesters most of the textbooks I've needed are in binders, so I have to purchase them. There are always a ton of people in line at the beginning and end of the semester (to be expected) but they have a bunch of staff. Today, when I arrived to drop off my textbook, there were about 30 people in front of me. I waited maybe 10 minutes, not long at all! I've never had any problems with them. They also let you return books if you drop a class, among a couple other things, which is nice.
