It is astounding to me the lengths the employees will go to, to NOT do their job. In the last eight years they've returned packages as undeliverable, they've lost them, and they've even been lost once they arrive at the Millwood facility via tracking. They just disappear into thin air. I've had packages delivered opened and closed with scotch tape. I really do think someone in the post office system is opening and taking stuff.
My favorite faux paus was 7 years ago when the wedding announcements I dropped off were not delivered at all. And never found. I dropped 50 one morning and not one person in that batch received an invitation.
When I have gotten through on the phone, I've had a 1/5 average and speaking to someone nice. Even when they are nice, when I hear, we can't find your package, you'll have to file a claim or you're out of luck, that doesn't make me happy.
I've lived a long time in a lot of states and I've never seen such incompetence.
