I called in advance to verify they had a attachment for my phone. And I must say I love not being required to add a phone number or account number or spam 0 until a rep comes on. More large businesses should be done like this. I explained the device I was looking for. And they scheduled me to pick it up in 15 min. This place was packed. Due to calling in I was able to have the device at the counter and was served very fast! Great customer service on my last visit. (Has NOT already been this good here in the past).
