Truly horrible experiences to be had here. Me and my wife have had nothing but grief from this location, and their corporate office will do nothing about the issues that have pervaded.
The pharmacy automated system is completely broken. I have ordered refills through it, and those orders simply do not appear in the pharmacy computers for them to process it. I have to talk to a live person every single time now if I want to get a refill done, or come by in person, which I should not have to do. According to one of the pharmacy employees there, they are aware that it doesn't work, and their IT department seems to refuse to fix it.
Also, the level of service there is completely horrid. We've had prescription orders mixed up, incorrect pill counts , misread doctor's orders, all of which should never ever happen. Thankfully, it was fixed when pointed out, but mistakes like that should not be made. Not when dealing with potentially dangerous drugs.
Not to mention the lack of competency of their management to recognize when a person should not be dealing with the public. Like a specific employee who stutters so badly, it's like he is speaking another language. He is nearly always working the drive through, and he is completely unable to be understood. I have to ask him several times to repeat himself before I can begin to understand what he is saying. I know he can't help it. But he is relaying important information, and if I can't understand it, he shouldn't be working in that capacity.
