WK Pierremont Health Center

This past weekend we were in Shreveport shopping and eating dinner. We had an accident during dinner. My 8 year old autistic son fell out of his chair and hit his head on a ledge at the bottom of the wall. Blood went everywhere and we were all a little freaked out. We took him to the ER to get looked at and for our first traumatic(to us) experience, being at this ER, made it a wonderful one. Spencer, one of the nurses, came out and spent almost 20 min talking to Ryder and making the transition from car to room easy. The entire staff went over and above for us. The Dr. on that night was wonderful and made me very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I cant thank them enough for their patience and genuine care for my child. I would recommend this ER to any and everyone. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for treating us and caring for Ryder the way yall did. He is in the process of writing you guys a thank you letter so be on the lookout!
