I would not say the low rating is for poor bedside manner, because Dr. Bulot's bedside manner is actually completely absent. Took a few grand off me and I saw his face for all of two minutes during a consultation. On surgery day I walked in, got drugged by the nurse, and was pushed out the door thirty minutes later without even having seen the doctor. Next, he irresponsibly sent me home with a prescription for 20x the painkillers that I actually needed. I am giving him the second star because I did not get an infection, but it may be undeserved since I mainly learned how to clean the wounds from Google.
