Great, professional customer service by Tina Coleman in the Baton Rouge office. Friendly and helpful - Seth Harper was ready to answer any questions I had as well. They went above and beyond to help and answer any questions I had in trying times post flood. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Craig Duncan with National Flooring Group (their flooring contractor) and Mark Stevens and their crews did a wonderful, professional job in installing my engineered hardwood as well as moving my furniture back & forth. Top notch in knowledge and courtesy, friendly, prompt and excellent work. They worked long hours to complete the job timely.
