The tire prices are good and they will match competitors, but I wasnt happy about the extra charges that were added on later without 1st telling me. I was quoted a tire price via email, but I was not originally told in the email from the rep about $25 EACH for tire installation and balancing. There was also another charge for $89 that I made them take off. I understand tire balancing needs to be done but just show better upfront communication in the future....that would be nice. I felt like I was baited. I'll give them another chance, but if it happens again I'll never go back. The guys working at the Gonzales location were helpful, knowledgeable, and I dont necessarily blame them, but the website sales rep need more training.
